What happened to Plum?

The original Plum company has been dissolved and no longer exists. C+A Global, a company with proven expertise in purchasing and redeveloping brands such as Zink Technologies, Saris and more, has purchased the Plum brand and technology only. With this purchase there is no access to inventory or software and therefore we cannot service any current users.

Is my current warranty still valid?

Unfortunately, since we do not own or have access to the original Plum inventory or software,
we cannot service, repair, replace or refund any current units.

What exactly is changing?

We are hard at work developing a new and improved product and experience to launch in the coming months. We will be using the patented Plum technology to develop a brand new, more accessible unit that automatically preserves, chills, and pours any bottle of wine by the glass, without the technical problems of the original.

Can I purchase the same products?

No, we do not have access to — nor are we selling — any of the original Plum units. Any Plum units currently available for sale are not being sold directly by our company. Some argon tanks or accessories are available for purchase on eBay while supplies last.

Can I return an item I purchased?

C+A Global has not sold any Plum products and therefore cannot service, repair, replace or refund any current units. We will only honor warranties for Plum products made by C+A Global when we launch in the next coming months.
