Refund & Cancellation Policy

By placing a pre-order for the new Plum unit, you agree to pay a fully refundable deposit of $100 to secure your purchase. This deposit is refundable at any time prior to shipment. To request a refund, please contact support@plum.wine or call 1.844.856.PLUM.

Once your order is finalized and your unit is prepared for shipment, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. After the final payment is processed, cancellations are no longer permitted, except as provided under our standard return policy.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

We do not have an exact delivery date at this time. However, we currently estimate that units will begin shipping early 2026. This estimate is subject to change based on production and supply chain factors. Customers will receive updates as more information becomes available.

Return Policy

Once delivered, your Plum unit may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. A $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the unit is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, an additional restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price may apply, based on the extent of the damage.

Please note: Plum accessories (e.g., argon canisters, replacement needles, cleaning kits) are non-returnable and will not be refunded.
